'Pick Your Own' if ordered before 12pm Tuesday-Friday it will be dispatched the same day. If ordering after 12pm, it will be dispatched the following day.

'Preorder' You are choosing the dispatch date yourself when ordering, your order will be dispatched on this date.

Upon receiving your dispatch email from Clever Cookie, your cookies should then arrive next day, however please allow 1-3 days using Royal Mail Tracked 24.

We cannot change any flavours or make any changes once your order is placed.

The gift note message section on the website is for gift notes only & these notes are automatically printed and assigned to the orders. We cannot fulfil custom requests.

If you have any questions, please contact us before placing an order.

If you need to add special delivery instructions or leave safe requirements, this can be done via the Royal Mail app only, we cannot do this for you.

Unfortunately due to the fast nature of getting the orders picked and packed we CANNOT change items ordered.

Everything that leaves us is thoroughly checked and we make sure it meets our high standards in all ways. However, once your box leaves our premises and it is in transit, it is out of our hands.

Cookies and the packaging can SOMETIMES get damaged during transit which we cannot be held responsible for.

Weather conditions can also affect the goods during transit and this is also out of our hands. If you're not happy with these terms please do not order.

Unfortunately not due to the different dispatch days these ranges have. However, please place 2 separate orders and we shall do the rest!

We can only change addresses BEFORE dispatch ONLY.

We cannot guarantee we can change the delivery address before dispatch, especially if you have ordered for same day dispatch on the 'Pick your Own' range as these items are picked & packed straight away.

Our 'Pick your own items' will be restocked daily after 12pm, for dispatch the following day.

Our 'Preorder' items are available to order all the time, you pick the dispatch date. Minimum 2 days notice required on this range.

Preheat your oven to gas mark 4 or 180c fan.

Remove cardboard lid, place on baking tray.

Bake for 7-8 minutes to achieve hot cookie dough heaven!

If cooking straight from frozen, add on 2-3 minutes extra baking time.

In an airtight container out of direct sunlight, room temperature.

Eat within 5 days.

Cookie pies can be stored in the fridge in the hotter months, however we don't usually recommend storing cookies in the fridge as it dries them out.

Yes! As our Cookies are baked from scratch, they are great for customers to freeze. Once frozen, must be eaten within 1-3 months.

Top tip for unwrapped cookies - Individually wrap each piece in cling film, then foil on top. Leave out overnight and eat the next day - heat slightly if that's your preference.

Many customers have said our products freeze fantastically and bulk buy for a clever cookie freezer stash!

Hot cookie dough trays can be frozen. You can cook from frozen, but you would need to add on a few minutes extra baking time, or defrost fully before baking.

Fully defrost cookies overnight before reheating.

YES! 100%!

Warm cookies and icecream are one of the good things we've got going on in the world.

We recommend heating cookies in the microwave 20-30 second bursts until you reach you desired heat and texture. You can heat ANY of our cookies.

Our liquid dipping pots can also be warmed if you so wish. 10secs burst, then stir!

For Hot Cookie Dough foil trays, these must be done in the oven. Please see the FAQ above.

Royal mail Tracked 24 postage is £4.50 per 2kg parcel.

If you need to place a large order to multiple addresses, please get in touch as we can help sort this for you.

We cannot offer worldwide shipping due to our products being baked fresh with no preservatives. We want to make sure our customers receive their orders in the best possible condition.

We unfortunately cannot offer anything Gluten free at the moment due to possible cross-contamination as we currently operate from a single premises.

All of our products are suitable for Vegetarians apart from our Rocky Road range. Our Rocky Road products contain Marshmallows which contain Gelatine.

We currently do not have a vegan product range. All of our cookies contain dairy products.

However, we do hope to offer a range in the future!

Our 'Pick your own' range has exact quantities we have baked ready for dispatch that day, so if someone has checked out before you they have secured that particular item. You will have to wait for the item to be restocked before you can purchase that flavour again.

When you click on the item you want to purchase - scroll down to 'ingredients' and click the plus sign next to the name of the item your looking to purchase. There you will find a full list of ingredients with allergens in bold.

PLEASE NOTE: We unfortunately cannot cater for people with food allergies/intolerances and/or any special dietary requirements. Even if the product doesn't directly contain an allergen, it may contain traces due to cross contamination.

Allergy Advice - All products are made in a kitchen which handles all of the major allergens including Milk, Eggs, Gluten, Wheat, Soya, Tree nuts, Sulphites, Sesame, Lupin and Peanuts and will not be suitable for anyone with food allergies.
